一如往常，尽管lecturer们骂了再骂那些迟到者，0900的课还不是拖到0930才开始~
很荣幸的，我们请到了Quantity Surveying科系的Mdm Lim传授我们一些关于这科系的入门知识，而我们的Dr Amir似乎和她有些火花。（不是爱的那种）

当进入Q&A环节时，班上超活跃的Albert问了一个很关键性的问题，得到答案不到一分钟后，天花板上突然流出两三柱褐黑色的液体！

说时迟，那时快，Albert凭他不是很灵活的身手，闪过了那突如其来的暗箭。
整间课室里的人包括导师们都落荒而逃，好滑稽的画面，哈哈！
那些水可能是楼上女厕的水管破裂后造成的漏水，好像是污水，也就是屎和尿咯！
那些污水好像是下雨似的，没完没了，一直溢到门外至楼下，超恶的！
看到这些情景，忽然灵光一闪，我想起我正在就读的这间学校是School of Housing, Building and Planning，况且这间也是我们历届的前辈们所建的，不过竟然建到酱“好料”，可笑还是可悲？
我都不敢跟人说我是在Apex University就读的！
p/s: 课室终于可以再装修了~

it is a lesson!!! since our Albert keeps on talking about maintenance fee.....then we have a practical today!! wahaha....what a shame studio..some more it was happened in HBP studio!!!
